How the Platform Works
SpeechPlus is fully cloud-based. Reps access it through a standard web browser — no installation, no IT configuration, no VPN. The platform coordinates a real-time voice pipeline, an AI layer grounded in your proprietary sales playbook, and a scored coaching debrief — all delivered through a browser session, all isolated to your organization’s dedicated environment.

Your Organization's Isolated Environment
Every client gets a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.speechplus.io). Session data, playbook content, and rep accounts are scoped to your org and are not accessible by or mixed with any other client. This is enforced architecturally, not just by policy.

Your Sales Playbook and the AI
Your playbook (PDF, PowerPoint, or Word) is processed into a private, org-specific knowledge base. The AI Pre-Call Playbook feature draws from your materials — your messaging, your clinical evidence, your frameworks. This content is never shared with other clients and is not used to train shared models. You retain full ownership. It is deleted on request.

Infrastructure Overview
SpeechPlus is built on enterprise-grade, managed cloud infrastructure. The platform integrates established providers for the following capabilities:
- Language model inference for conversation and scoring
- Speech-to-text transcription
- Voice synthesis for AI HCP responses
- Real-time audio transport
- Data storage and file handling
- Authentication and access control
- Managed cloud hosting
All infrastructure partners maintain enterprise-grade availability and security programs. SpeechPlus does not operate physical servers or manage its own data centers.

Compliance Notes
SpeechPlus does not process PHI. BAAs available at enterprise tier on request.
All data stored in the United States.
Invite-only access. No self-registration. Secure session tokens with automatic expiry.
Immediate access revocation on request. Data deletion available on contract termination.

What Doesn't Connect to Your Systems
SpeechPlus requires no integration with your CRM, LMS, HR system, or any internal tool. The only inputs are your sales playbook and your rep email list. This eliminates the integration risk that delays most enterprise software rollouts.
Post-pilot integrations (LMS reporting, CRM data push) are available at the enterprise tier and are never a prerequisite.
