Getting Started with SpeechPlus
Everything you need for your first session — in under five minutes.
What You’ll Need
- A laptop or desktop computer
- Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- Your invite email from SpeechPlus
No software to install. No IT ticket required.
Claim Your Account
Check your invite email from SpeechPlus. Click the link and set your password. The invite link is single-use — if it has expired, contact your manager or SpeechPlus point of contact for a new one.
Once created, your login page is your company's dedicated SpeechPlus portal (e.g., yourcompany.speechplus.io). Bookmark it.
Log In and Find Your Dashboard
Navigate to your company's portal. Enter your email and password. Your dashboard shows recent sessions and quick-start options for each SpeechPlus feature.
Run Your First HCP Roleplay Session
From the dashboard, select HCP Roleplay. Choose a persona — your organization will have personas configured for your drug and indication. Click Start Session to see the HCP profile: their prescribing tendencies, archetype, and likely objections.
When ready, click Start Conversation. Allow microphone access when your browser prompts — this only appears once. Speak naturally. The AI HCP responds in real time. When finished, click End Session. Your score and feedback appear within 30–60 seconds.
Tip: Don't worry about your score on session one. The score is most useful as a trend. Most reps find their rhythm by session three or four.
Use the Pre-Call Playbook
Navigate to Pre-Call Playbook. Enter the HCP's name, indication, drug, timeframe, and their current top market share drugs. Click Generate Plan.
In about 20 seconds you'll receive a structured call strategy including the HCP's likely prescribing profile, key messaging focus, suggested discovery questions, and a call strategy summary. Use the follow-up chat at the bottom to ask clarifying questions.
Review Your History
Every completed session is saved under History. Review past scores and feedback before coaching conversations with your manager.
Troubleshooting
Use Chrome or Edge. Click the lock icon in the address bar and confirm microphone is set to Allow. Refresh and try again.
Links are single-use and expire. Contact your manager or SpeechPlus point of contact for a new one.
Scores appear within 30–60 seconds. If nothing after 2 minutes, refresh and check the History tab.
Network issue. Move closer to wifi or use a wired connection. Avoid running video calls simultaneously.
Confirm you're at your company's specific portal URL, not the generic site. Use 'Forgot password' if needed.
